Topaz Labs Discount

If you’ve read my articles about Topaz Labs, you know that I’m amazed by their software. You can download free 30-day trials at their site and, if you agree with me and want to buy the complete bundle, enter “digital photo guy” on the order form for an extra 15% off the already ridiculously low bundle price. You get all seven plug-ins (Adjust, DeJPEG, DeNoise, Clean, Simplify, Detail and Remask) for the unbelieveable price of $152.15. If you bought each individually, the bundle would cost almost $340.

Excess Equipment for Sale

From time to time, I have excess equipment that needs to find a new home. All of the gear is in excellent working condition. There may be minor scratches or wear spots but nothing that affects the functionality of the equipment. I prefer PayPal or cash but I also accept check or USPS Money Order (must clear before shipment).

Canon 20D

Canon 20D

This Canon 20D has been a back-up camera for the past 18 months. It comes with all CDs, manuals and accessories except the original lens which was sold long ago since I didn’t need it. With the pictured Canon 50/1.8 low light lens, I am asking $425. Without the lens, I am asking $390. This is a perfect 8 megapixel camera for someone who wants to step up from a Canon Digital Rebel series but doesn’t want to spend $1200-$1700 for a Canon xxD series. All your current lenses will fit this 20D perfectly.

I also have a Canon 10D body-only with all the original accessories (except CDs which can be downloaded from Canon) for $295. This has the silky smooth 6 megapixel sensor that produces beautiful portraits and landscapes. If you want a backup dSLR so you don’t have to change lenses in the field, this is the camera body for you. (Photos will be added soon)

Pantone Huey (no box) US$40 (sold) and Pantone Huey Pro (brand new) US$90. I bought the original Huey several years ago to test. It’s been sitting around on my desk but the box is missing. I’ve tested it and it works fine. This is a perfect unit for those who use just one LCD or CRT. If you have a dual monitor system, the Pantone Huey Pro is what you want. This will help you calibrate both monitors to the same standards. (There may be noticeable difference between the two depending on make/model/age/quality/moon phase/etc).
